Burning Valparaiso!!!

Valparaiso is a most important city in Chile. In 2003 was declare “Human Patrimony”, because the seaport is the most important and beautiful in Chile, and lived in this city important person like Pablo Neruda, Salvador Allende. In the last weekend the fire repeat the tragedy in the poorest area on “The Port”. Maybe the factor to produce this fire was a two bird in the electricity cable, but the bad condition in the street, and the high level to dry grass, and the worst city planning, make bigger this tragedy. The regulation in the construction to houses should be more rigorous in the future. The control in the some factor like a dry grass should be better. The Fireman should be a professional with training in the big fire in the hill in Valparaiso, with a salary according to risk the job. In my opinion, Valparaiso needs a new arrangement with better street, better electricity system and sewage system. if I were in charge have a plan for fire prevention in this sector.
